Getting enough sleep may help youths boost their vocabulary

Children who got enough sleep were able to learn and retain new words more quickly than those who didn't sleep well, according to a study published in the journal Developmental Science. Researchers found that both sleep disturbance and snoring among children were linked to increased risks of learning and behavioral problems.
