Optimal Health Initiatives, now the Center for Autism and Integrative Health is moving. On November 11th, we will be moving down the road to 3 Hollyhock Lane in Wilton. Our phone number will remain the same - 203-834-2813. Vicki Kobliner, Lauren Stone and Lori Coda will be moving with us. Their new office will be located just upstairs from ours.
